These terms cover your use of colfaxindustries.com and anything you buy here. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Colfax Industries is a brand operated by Colfax Incorporated, a corporation registered in the State of Colorado and based in Denver. Reach us at hello@colfaxindustries.com.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is mispriced, if we cannot verify the shipping address, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is taken when you place the order, because production begins from that point.
If a price is obviously wrong — a shirt listed at three dollars — we will contact you rather than silently cancel, and you can pay the correct price or have a full refund.
Made to order
Every item is produced after you order it. Production and shipping times, and the narrow window in which an order can be cancelled, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Product descriptions and colour
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric weight, blend, and fit. Screens vary, so printed colours may differ slightly from what you see. A small variation in colour is not a defect.
Intellectual property
Colfax Industries™ and the designs, artwork, photography, and copy on this site belong to Colfax Incorporated. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the artwork on it. Do not copy our designs onto your own merchandise.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability
We sell clothing and goods, and we stand behind them as described on our Shipping & Returns page. Beyond that, the site and its contents are provided as they are, without further warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we are not permitted to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
